Theodore holds a Master's in International Management from the prestigious Thunderbird School of Global Management, with specialized focus on Marketing and Latin America. He completed his undergraduate studies at Waynesburg University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government/Economics, where he served as President of Theta Chi Fraternity.

As a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) with the Society of Marketing Professionals (SMPS), Theodore specializes in serving the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) community.

International Experience

Theodore's remarkable international background includes six years living in Saudi Arabia and extensive work throughout the Caribbean, Africa, and the Middle East in both the contract furniture industry and construction sectors. This global perspective provides invaluable insight for clients with international real estate interests or investment portfolios.

Real Estate & Business Development

With over 7 years as a Certified REALTOR, Theodore has handled all aspects of real estate transactions including purchase, sale, and lease of residential properties and land throughout Nevada. Since 2012, he has operated as an independent consultant, providing business development services using his proprietary "ACE Strategy" for architectural, construction, and engineering clients.

His previous role as Business Development Manager with The Korte Company further strengthened his expertise in construction and development projects.

Community Leadership

Theodore demonstrates his commitment to community service through long-term volunteer leadership roles, including serving on the Board of Directors for Goodwill of Southern Nevada since 2005, focusing on economic empowerment initiatives. He has also dedicated over 16 years as a Sunday School teacher at Shadow Hills Church, leading kindergarten classes.
