In real estate, Kelly has built an impressive legacy over more than 25 years in the industry, working seamlessly across both Nevada and Montana markets. She has served as broker to over 250 agents and demonstrated exceptional leadership by recruiting over 100 agents in a single year for major brokerages in the Las Vegas area. Her broker experience spans top-tier companies including EXP Realty and Keller Williams, and she currently leads as broker for both Rustic Elegance Nevada Living and Rustic Elegance Montana Living.

Her prestigious client roster includes working with renowned architect Frank Cikan during the construction of Dennis Quaid's Paradise Valley home, serving as their insurance agent for this high-profile project.
